As we aim for our goal, we must not climb the mountain all at once, going straight for the top. We need to follow the switchbacks, slowly leading us to where we need to go, seeing what is along the path on our journey. Reaching our destination, we will be exhilarated, not exhausted, filled with new wisdom, ready to share what we have learned with many.

STEPPING STONES
God gives us stepping stones to follow during our personal journey on earth. At times, there is a tendency to wander away from them, being tempted to take what appears to be a shorter and better path. Before long, this route becomes foggy, with no clear way out. Though our stones can be far apart and arduous at times, there are also ones closer together, providing gladness and joy. Expecting the unexpected makes us stronger and wiser, all part of God’s plan for His family.
