READY TO MOVE ON

After falling off a bicycle or a horse, we learn we have to get back on and go for another ride, to build up our confidence. This also holds true after a conflict with a co-worker, friend, classmate or acquaintance. Instead of avoidance, we need to just meet the person in the eye with a smile and a friendly greeting, instead of avoidance, ready to move on in the spiritual journey of life, . ~Marie T. Morrison~

RISING UP

A favorite phrase is, “I will raise you up..”. So many ways have I been lifted! God has raised my spirituality, my care for others, my humor, my learning, my teaching and my love for one another. I know I am not alone among my brethren. Praising God, as He lifts me, never ceases!

THE DESERT IN OUR JOURNEY

We tend to live in a desert during different stages in life, having a sense of emptiness. Looking down during this part of the journey, a tiny, succulent plant appears. When touched, a dab of dew appears. God is letting the baptismal waters be renewed. There is exhilaration, as the spirit and soul are eternally refreshed.

EVERY CHANCE

For every chance of a temptation, there is also a chance of hope. All that is needed is faith. With faith comes God’s love. Feeling His love gives us the strength to continue on any spiritual journey given to us.
