EXHILARATION

EXHILARATION

The elderly have it right, slowing down in life. If we all slowed down, our senses would be exhilarated, taking in God’s given beauty.

A NEW PLEASURE

As routines become habits, the beauty of life falls away from the conscience. Changing one element in a familiar day can let fresh breath enter the soul and sparkling light come to the eyes. Exhilaration will surround the spirit.

THE DESERT IN OUR JOURNEY

We tend to live in a desert during different stages in life, having a sense of emptiness. Looking down during this part of the journey, a tiny, succulent plant appears. When touched, a dab of dew appears. God is letting the baptismal waters be renewed. There is exhilaration, as the spirit and soul are eternally refreshed.
